As you enter this Rio apartment a well sized living room with an American kitchen to your right. A balcony with a plasma TV and granite + wood counter adds space value and more area for your furnitures to come. The ceramic tile floors are one of the best types : "Brennand" ceramics, with great durability, style and with neutral tones all over the apartment. Very practical to maintain and easy to decorate. There are new windows and an air conditioner in the living room.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, plenty closets, stove and cooktop, refrigerator, a mud area and a bathroom that can attend either the kitchen users or your maid.

The 1st bedroom suite to the left has a generous corner window with great light and city views (and city lights!!). There is also a/c installed.
