This is a very nice 2 bedroom, located next to the famous Hotel Glória, a preferred hotel to most chief of states and presidents coming to visit Rio!1

Just around the corner, as you walk towards "Praia do Flamengo" street, there are other important Flamengo Hotels, the Catete Palace and more commercial buildings. The Gloria Hotel is being renovated and this street will become a very important and fun place to live. This apt is located across a small park. There are some restaurant and market on this street. There is a famous presidential memorial at this park called "Memorial Getúlio Vargas" with a museum underneath the ground.

Don't forget that acroos the Gloria neighborhood there is the Flamengo Park, the Marina da Glória and the park itself. Behind this neighborhood, there is the famous Gloria church, Rua doo Catete with many markets, restaurants and leisure.

The Gloria subway stop and Catete stop is walking distance. Across the apartment there is a bus stop to either uptown or downtown. If you work downtown, you are at Centro da Cidade in less than 10 min.

The apt has 2 bedrooms. The owner recently made some upgrade in the apt. There is new a/c, ceiling fan and new fresh coat of paint. The owner also added 2 new curtains. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, but if you wish we can have 2 twin beds in the second room.

The living room has now a dinning table near the window and a comfortable tv lounge area or living room area.

The kitchen has plenty of space. The "maids quarter" is spacious and there are open windows to the tropical vegetation and a spare back bathroom.

We like this apartment because there is a great light all day and because it is located at the edge of Glória neighborhood, you have a natural flow of breeze all day, specially because the kitchen back area is open.

The building has no garage space, but plenty of parking space across the street.

We accept short term (one month) to long term rent (up to 9 months).
