The building has 24 hrs doorman, 2 garage spaces (covered), washing machine areas, sauna, barbecue area, game rooms, home theater lounge area, kids "space" with palyground and toys, bidy surf lockers, bicycle lockers, pool for adults and kids and party area.

The apartment building is well located on the prime area called Recreio, which is 100 meters from the beach. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pizzarias, restaurants and small markets. In this area, all deliveries are made to the apartment if necessary. There is a very nice square

Recreio is about 30 min drive from Copacabana, Ipanema, etc. It is an ideal neighborhood if you like a more relaxed area to live and truly enjoy the nature and beach. Recreio reminds a bit like Southern California. Having a car is a must around herem though there are plenty of taxi's who will take you everywhere in a matter of minutes. Every corner there is a taxi, and every doorman knows how to call one. Do not be intimidated on staying here! Enjoy!!
