The apartment was renovated 2 years ago. The floors are parquet poluerethaned, with new closets, bathroom and kitchen.

The living room has a sofa, a small dining table and 2 folding chairs. There is a TV with cable channels.

On the corridor a new bathroom with electric shower and sink. There is no shower door, and the shower head, when the water is on, waters the entire bathroom, typical on small areas like this one, ideal for your Rio de Janeiro vacation.

The kitchen is small but with everything you need. A new refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, a 2 burner cook top, and kitchen utensils are all brand new. There is a wash basin for heavy duty cleaning.

The bedroom is located in the back, facing the atlantic forest with plenty of green and even small monkeys. There is air conditioner and a comfortable queen size bed. The new closets gives you plenty of space for your clothes and shoes. Linens and towels provided.
