This Residence / flat accommodation is located at the prestigious "Grand Bay Residence Flat" at the Flamengo Beach, minutes walk from the Flamengo Park. This vacation rental apartment has 2 rooms and has been incorporated to Belavista-Rio Rentals at the 2nd week of November. The owner of the flat lived there previously and made several renovations in order to prepare it for Rio Rock in Rio, Brazil World Cup and Olympic Games.

The Flat has two bed rooms: The first room is decorated in a "clean" style, with a King size bedroom, 39 inch Plasma TV, bay windows with black-out curtains, and air-conditioning. This rooms has a small balcony that faces the condo swimming pool. This glamor suite also has a office location, with a small desk and chair. The bathroom is located right at the entrance of the suite, and has a good shower, hot water, granite top, plus a washing machine.




The second room is used for guests, and is located on the 3rd level of the apartment. It has a minimalist decor, with Zen style Queen Sized Bedroom,large closet and cool air-conditioner. It also has a small bathroom.

This Rio vacation apartment has a large living room, with a LED TV set, small table for meals serving 4, and air conditioner. The kitchen is done in an American Style, with a granite top, oven, refrigerator, water filter, stove, microwave and extensive utensils.

Grand Bay Residence is the one and only full top service building in Flamengo Beach, Rio de Janeiro. It offers a full range of top services such as daily maid services, laundry, 24 hour concierge, room service, high speed internet, cable TV, telephone, fitness center, pool, sauna, coffee shop, restaurant, party rental space, kids play area and 24 hour security. There is also an on-site management office.

The flat is well located and extremely central; it´s next door to consulates, small delis, supermarkets, baroque churches, theaters, subway, bus, and taxi stands.
Across the avenue you will find the Flamengo Park> and the Flamengo beach. You may walk through the board walk, play tennis, roller-skate, swim, play beach volley or simply drink beer overlooking the Sugar Loaf. Great Location!!

Flamengo neighborhood is at 10 minute drive from local airport and 15 minutes from Ipanema. From international airport; 25 minutes. (Buses from Airport deliver you in front of the Flat.)
